We’re really excited to introduce you to our three new staff members here at Sidekick Timaru.
Molly Turner, our new meeter and greeter extraordinaire, will be the first face you see when you come through our doors. In the month she’s been with us, she claims she “loves the culture at Sidekick already” and with her office experience and people skills we feel really privileged to have Molly on board. She’s been using lockdown to train in all things Xero and Hubdoc and is now looking forward to getting to know our clients and further assist our Administration Team.
With growing client numbers we’re stoked that Bryleigh Collins, a final year B.Com Accounting student at Lincoln, started in a part time capacity in July, before she moves to a full time position with us later in the year. Besides study and work Bryleigh, who grew up on her family farm in South Canterbury, is also passionate about running, going to the gym, and spending time with her family, partner and puppy, Ginny. “My time so far at Sidekick has been very enjoyable, I love the variety of work and family-like environment within the Sidekick team, and everyone has been so welcoming and friendly.”
Jeni Logan comes to us from a varied private business background, with some administrative rural banking experience thrown in the mix. She’s here to tackle some of our internal projects so as not to take us away from what we do best, which is helping our clients define and achieve success in their businesses. “Knowing Sidekick from a client perspective, I knew working in this group would be a good fit for me: the culture is very much values focused, understanding client needs, and not being afraid to think outside the box. As a client I appreciated that.” She also appreciates time in the garden, time at the gym and is soon to start training for another year’s Central South Island Charity Bike Ride.
Importantly, the introduction of new team members has meant that Karyn Ballantyne is now able to dedicate her time at Sidekick solely to Book-keeping and Payroll services for our clients, so we’re pleased to now have the capacity to promote this customised service to you, to allow you to free up your time to further define and achieve success in your business.
