Sidekick Queenstown have during the COVID-19 pandemic acted to ensure the safety, health and wellbeing of our people, clients, our co-working office space and to help protect the more vulnerable members of our community.
With the current information surrounding the government’s plans, we understand that organisations will have the opportunity to implement a fully vaccinated policy. This approach offers a much greater degree of operational freedom within the “Traffic Light” system. Our position is informed by an assessment of public health orders, our own operational health and safety risks and the views of our people. We will always take the utmost measures to ensure team wellbeing.
After careful consideration and ensuring alignment with the requirements of our co-working office, Sidekick Queenstown has decided to operate under a fully vaccinated policy requirement for our team members and clients from Monday December 6th.
When you arrive for your meeting, you will need to show your Vaccine Pass. All of the Sidekick Queenstown team are fully vaccinated.
We are closely following the guidance outlined by the Ministry of Health for managing this. If these steps are to change, then we will update our procedures and inform you accordingly.
What happens to my information?
All vaccine passes that are scanned do not pass any personal information onto the device of which was scanning your pass. All passes emailed through will be deleted once validated.
