Mt Hutt Lodge, run by Butch and Jo Stern, is perched on the banks of the Rakaia river and overlooking Mt Hutt. While it’s a stunning location (as you can see from the photos below) it’s also an extremely convenient location as it provides access to a myriad of outdoor activities such as Golf, Skiing, Snow Boarding, Horse Trekking, Jet Boating, Fishing, Walks, Ballooning, Kayaking and much more.
Jo and Butch and Mt Hutt Lodge were also recently featured on Breakfast’s Slice of Heaven series showcasing the beauty of the Rakaia Gorge.
