“What we love about Sidekick is having a go-to person to ask questions to”

​We are a not-for-profit charitable trust that are passionate about making sure children from any background get the education and resources they need to explore and develop their talents and learning. Among other things, we help families from decile one schools by providing their children with laptops (or Chromebooks) to be paid off over a long period of time, and set up free wifi hotspots so they can make the most of this technology.

Because no-one had done what we had done before, Sidekick really built a relationship with us and worked together with us to find the best solution, systems and processes for our business model. On top of implementing Xero accounting software and SmartPayroll to work for our trust, what we love about Sidekick is having a go-to person to ask questions to, and that they made an effort to understand our requirements and establish an accessible relationship.

I already recommend Sidekick and will continue to strongly recommend them for the work they do to help businesses find the best solutions to run smoothly, and for the accessibility and advice they provide.
